For dinner, we offer a tasting menu all made from fresh and local products that combine the traditional majorcan cuisine with a modern touch.

Not to mention of course the drinks: fine wines from local and national vineyards

Much of the produce used in our kitchen is from the Finca Es Castell own grounds - lamb, chicken, oranges, lemons, tangerines, figs, almonds, olives, pears, honey - and from the local markets.

We are justifiably proud of the quality of our food, which has been highly recommended in many press articles, and we believe it will be a part of your holiday enjoyment.
